• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
  
  
• Return Process: We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product has been damaged or found defective during transit. Please refer to the “Damaged Products” section below for details on how to report such issues.
  
  
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase within 3 business days after approval of the claim. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  
  
• Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
