Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from QYRA®. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines to initiate a return or exchange:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.

Return Process: We do not provide returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective due to transit. Please refer to the “Damaged or Defective Items” section for more information.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s) ONLY FOR DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED products due to transit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive items damaged or defective during transit, please notify us within 3 days of delivery along with accompanying photos of the affected product(s). We will collaborate with you to promptly address the issue and, if required, arrange for a replacement or refund.
